  • Converted and redesignated 1 October 1940 as Battery F, 126th Field Artillery, an element of the 32d Division
  • Inducted into Federal service 15 October 1940 at Watertown
  • Redesignated 1 February 1942 as Battery C, 173d Field Artillery, concurrently, relieved from assignment to the 32d Division (later redesignated as the 32d Infantry Division)
  • Reorganized and redesignated 24 February 1943 as Battery C, 173d Field Artillery Battalion
  • Inactivated 11 September 1945 in Italy
  • Reorganized and Federally recognized 15 November 1947 in the Wisconsin National Guard at Watertown as Company M, 426th Infantry, an element of the 32d Infantry Division
  • Reorganized and redesignated 15 February 1959 as Company C, 3d Battle Group, 127th Infantry, an element of the 32d Infantry Division
  • Ordered into active Federal service 15 October 1961 at Watertown; released from active Federal service 10 August 1962 and reverted to state control

  • Consolidated 1 April 1971 with the Aircraft Maintenance Platoon, Company D, 132d Support Battalion (organized and Federally recognized 19 December 1949 at Port Washington); consolidated unit redesignated as the 53d Aviation Company, and relieved from assignment to the 32d Infantry Brigade
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 January 1972 as Detachment 1, 53d Aviation Company
  • Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 30 September 1978 as Detachment 1, Headquarters Company, 32d Infantry Brigade
  • Consolidated 1 September 1990 with Detachment 1, Headquarters Company, 264th Engineer Group (organized and Federally recognized 8 April 1989 at West Bend), and consolidated unit converted, reorganized, and redesignated as the 841st Medical Company
  • Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1991 as the 832d Medical Company
  • Ordered into active Federal service 31 January 1997 at West Bend; released from active Federal service 26 October 1997 and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 28 January 2003 at West Bend; released from active Federal service 27 January 2004 and reverted to state control
