  • Inactivated 19 October 1950 at Springfield, Ohio
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Redesignated 16 September 1987 as the 993d Medical Detachment and activated at Aurora, Colorado
  • Ordered into active military service 7 December 2003 at Aurora, Colorado; released from active military service 3 June 2005
