Redesignated 2 November 1948 as the 323d Military Police Criminal Investigation Detachment and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps

Activated 19 November 1948 at South Bend, Indiana

Inactivated 24 October 1950 at South Bend, Indiana

Redesignated 5 November 1962 as the 323d Military Police Detachment

Activated 15 March 1963 at Jackson, Michigan

Ordered into active military service 29 November 1990 at Jackson, Michigan; released from active military service 24 May 1991 and reverted to reserve status

Ordered into active military service 15 March 2003 at Jackson, Michigan; released from active military service 15 July 2004 and reverted to reserve status

Ordered into active military service 31 October 2008 at Jackson, Michigan; released from active military service 30 October 2009 and reverted to reserve status
