  • Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 391st Military Police Battalion activated 17 September 1990 at Columbus, Ohio (organic elements concurrently disbanded)
  • Ordered into active military service 15 March 2003 at Columbus, Ohio; released from active military service 4 June 2003 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 4 January 2004 at Columbus, Ohio; released from active military service 1 July 2005 and reverted to reserve status
