  • Redesignated 12 November 1948 as the 414th Military Police Prisoner of War Processing Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps
  • Activated 1 December 1948 at Newark, New Jersey
  • Inactivated 27 January 1950 at Newark, New Jersey
  • Activated 1 October 1950 at Chico, California
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Reorganized and redesignated 4 July 1953 as the 414th Military Police Company
  • Location changed 1 May 1968 to Santa Ana, California
  • Inactivated 15 September 1990 at Santa Ana, California
  • Activated 1 September 1997 at Joplin, Missouri
  • Ordered into active military service 14 January 2002 at Joplin, Missouri; released from active military service 15 December 2002 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 1 September 2005 at Joplin, Missouri; released from active military service 27 February 2007 and reverted to reserve status
