Redesignated 4 November 1942 as the 3468th Ordnance Medium Maintenance Company (Q)

Redesignated 9 January 1943 as the 3468th Ordnance Medium Maintenance Company

Inactivated 31 October 1946 in Germany

Redesignated 26 April 1948 as the 245th Ordnance Medium Automotive Maintenance Company; concurrently withdrawn from the Regular Army and allotted to the Organized Reserves Corps

Activated 20 May 1948 at Boston, Massachusetts

Reorganized and redesignated 15 November 1950 as the 245th Ordnance Medium Automotive Maintenance Company

(Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)

Reorganized and redesignated 25 September 1953 as the 245th Ordnance Company

Location changed 15 March 1958 to Roslindale, Massachusetts

Ordered into active military service 1 October 1961 at Roslindale, Massachusetts; released from active military service 5 August 1962 and reverted to reserve status

Inactivated 9 April 1968 at Roslindale, Massachusetts

Activated 15 March 1972 at St Louis, Missouri, as the 245th Maintenance Company

Ordered into active military service 7 December 2003 at St Louis, Missouri; released from active military service 3 June 2005 and reverted to reserve status
