  • Constituted 24 February 1943 in the Army of the United States as the 309th Ordnance Medium Maintenance Company
  • Activated 24 June 1943 at Camp Hood, Texas
  • Inactivated 2 November 1945 at Camp Bowie, Texas
  • Redesignated 10 June 1946 as the 3670th Ordnance Medium Maintenance Company and allotted to the National Guard
  • Allotted 2 July 1946 to the Oregon National Guard
  • Organized and Federally recognized 28 May 1947 at Portland
  • Location changed 1 July 1948 to Clackamas
  • Redesignated 15 September 1952 as the 3670th Ordnance Company
  • Reorganized and redesignated 15 January 1968 as the 3670th Heavy Equipment Maintenance Company
  • Redesignated 1 May 1975 as the 3670th Maintenance Company
  • Consolidated 1 October 1994 with the 2186th Maintenance Company (see ANNEX) and consolidated unit designated as the 3670th Maintenance Company
  • Consolidated 1 September 2002 with Detachment 2, Company B, 145th Support Battalion (organized and Federally recognized 18 December 2001 at Clackamas) and consolidated unit designated as the 3670th Maintenance Company
  • (Elements ordered into active Federal service 2005-2006 and 2011-2012 in support of the War on Terrorism)
  • ANNEX
  • Organized and Federally recognized 1 November 1981 in the Oregon Army National Guard at Clackamas as the 2186th Maintenance Company
  • Ordered into active Federal service 21 November 1990 at Clackamas; released from active Federal service 15 May 1991 and reverted to state control
