- Reorganized and redesignated 15 March 1963 as Company C, 2d Battalion, 125th Infantry
- Ordered into active Federal service 24 July 1967 at Lapeer; released from active Federal service 2 August 1967 and reverted to state control
- Converted and redesignated 1 February 1968 as the 746th Ordnance Company and relieved from assignment to the 46th Infantry Division
- Converted and redesignated 1 September 1992 as Detachment 1, 460th Quartermaster Company
- Reorganized and redesignated 1 October 1995 as Company A, 146th Support Battalion, an element of the 38th Infantry Division
