Redesignated 28 October 1958 as the 268th Signal Company and allotted to the Regular Army

Activated 20 November 1958 at Fort Devens, Massachusetts

Inactivated 22 March 1965 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Activated 25 April 1966 at Fort Huachuca, Arizona

Inactivated 15 January 2003 in Germany

Activated 16 April 2007 at Fort Hood, Texas
