• Organized 1 May 1971 in the Arkansas Army National Guard at North Little Rock as the 25th Support Center
• Ordered into active Federal service 6 December 1990 at North Little Rock; released 6 June 1991 from active Federal service and reverted to state control
• Reorganized and redesignated 16 September 1992 as the 25th Support Detachment
• Ordered into active Federal service 7 February 2003 at North Little Rock; released from active Federal service 21 May 2003 and reverted to state control
• Ordered into active Federal service 17 September 2005 at North Little Rock; released from active Federal service 15 March 2007 and reverted to state control
