- Ordered into active Federal service 13 February 2015 at home stations; released from active Federal service 23 December 2015 and reverted to state control
- Reorganized 1 May 2017 in the South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Oregon, and Washington Army National Guard
