  • Organized 19 June 1923 in the Missouri National Guard at Marshall as Company I, 138th Infantry, an element of the 35th Division
  • Inducted in Federal service 23 December 1940 at Marshall
  • (138th Infantry relieved 1 March 1942 from assignment to the 35th Division)
  • Inactivated 20 July 1944 at Camp Shelby, Mississippi
  • Reorganized in the Missouri National Guard and Federally recognized 12 January 1948 at Marshall as the 35th Quartermaster Company and assigned to the 35th Infantry Division
  • Converted and redesignated 15 January 1968 as the 206th Maintenance Company
  • Converted and redesignated 1 September 1979 as Battery C, 1st Battalion, 128th Field Artillery
  • Redesignated 1 October 2005 as Battery C, 1st Battalion, 128th Field Artillery Regiment
  • Converted and redesignated 1 September 2006 as the 1128th Support Company
  • Ordered into active Federal service 3 April 2008 at Marshall; released from active Federal service 7 May 2009 and reverted to state control
