  • Converted and redesignated 1 August 1946 as the 3327th Transportation Corps Driver Detachment
  • Redesignated 24 July 1957 as the 327th Transportation Detachment and allotted to the Regular Army
  • Activated 9 August 1957 at Camp Leroy Johnson, Louisiana
  • Inactivated 25 July 1962 at Camp Leroy Johnson, Louisiana
  • Assigned 24 July 1968 to the 101st Airborne Division and activated at Fort Sill, Oklahoma
  • Inactivated 25 April 1971 at Phu Bai, Vietnam
  • Activated 21 October 1972 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky
  • Relieved 21 May 1973 from assignment to the 101st Airborne Division
  • Inactivated 21 June 1973 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky
