Activated 12 September 1957 at Fort Riley, Kansas

Inactivated 10 June 1970 at Fort Richardson, Alaska

Activated 1 February 1984 in Japan

Inactivated 1 April 1994 in Japan

Withdrawn 20 June 2005 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve

Activated 16 September 2009 at Panama City, Florida
