  • Inactivated 14 December 1945 at Camp Myles Standish, Massachusetts
  • Converted and redesignated 1 August 1946 as the 445th Transportation Corps Truck Company
  • Redesignated 24 January 1949 as the 445th Transportation Car Company and allotted to the Organized Reserve Corps
  • Activated 25 February 1949 at New York, New York
  • Inactivated 31 July 1950 at New York, New York
  • (Organized Reserve Corps redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve)
  • Redesignated 15 June 1993 as the 445th Transportation Company
  • Activated 16 April 1995 at Waterloo, Iowa
  • Ordered into active military service 10 July - 6 December 2004 at Waterloo, Iowa; released from active military service 10 January - 3 June 2006 and reverted to reserve status
  • Ordered into active military service 3 June 2009 at Waterloo, Iowa; released from active military service 7 July 2010 and reverted to reserve status
