Withdrawn 20 July 1995 from the Regular Army and allotted to the Army Reserve

Activated 1 September 1997 on Staten Island, New York

Ordered into active military service 12 August 2004 on Staten Island, New York; released from active military service 7 February 2006 and reverted to reserve status

Inactivated 15 September 2006 on Staten Island, New York

Activated 16 September 2010 at Warrick, Rhode Island
