  • Ordered into active Federal service 20 September 1990 at Washington, D.C.; released 3 May 1991 from active Federal service and reverted to District of Columbia control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 16 January 2003 at Washington, D.C.; released 15 January 2004 from active Federal service and reverted to state control
  • Ordered into active Federal service 1 May 2009 at Washington, D.C.; released from active Federal service 4 June 2010 and reverted to state control
