Ordered into active Federal service 30 September 1957 at Marked Tree; released from active Federal service 23 October 1957 and reverted at state control

Consolidated 1 June1959 with the Medical Detachment, 326th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion (organized and Federally recognized 14 November 1955 at Marked Tree), and consolidated unit designated as Battery A, 4th Howitzer Battalion, 142d Artillery

Redesignated 30 April 1964 as Battery A, 4th Battalion, 142d Artillery

Converted and redesignated 1 December 1967 as Company C, 875th Engineer Battalion

Converted and redesignated 1 September 1994 as the 1123d Transportation Company

Ordered into active Federal service 11 February 2003 at Marked Tree; released from active Federal service 15 June 2004 and reverted to state control

Location changed 1 January 2007 to Little Rock

Ordered into active Federal service 5 January 2008 at Marked Tree; released from active Federal service 7 February 2009 and reverted to state control

HOME STATION: Little Rock (less detachment at Blytheville)
