Redesignated 6 November 1893 as Company K, 1st Infantry Regiment

Mustered into Federal service 13 May 1898 at Augusta as Company K, 1st Maine Volunteer Infantry; mustered out of Federal service 10 November 1898 at Brunswick and resumed state status as Company K, 1st Infantry Regiment

Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 January 1910 as the 10th Company, Coast Artillery Corps

Disbanded 17 November 1911 at Brunswick

Reconstituted 23 April 1912 in the Maine National Guard as the 10th Company, Coast Artillery Corps, and organized at Brunswick

Called into Federal service 25 July 1917; drafted into Federal service 5 August 1917

Reorganized and redesignated 11 August 1917 as the 4th Company, Fort Preble [Maine]

Redesignated 31 August 1917 as the 21st Company,  Coast Defenses of Portland

Demobilized in January 1919 at Portland

Reorganized and Federally recognized 28 March 1922 in the Maine National Guard at Brunswick as the 307th Company, 1st Coast Defense Command, Coast Artillery Corps
