Overview


Welcome to the U.S. Army History and Heritage podcast, the official podcast of the United States Army Center of Military History.

These episodes examine the different eras of Army history focusing on Army strategy, tactics, weapons and leadership. Some episodes will showcase other Army history topics of interest such as the Army Museum Enterprise, staff rides, Army Art and publication releases.

The Center of Military History writes and publishes the army’s official history, manages the U. S. Army Museum Enterprise, and provides historical support throughout the U.S. Army.

Hosted By: Lee Reynolds, the Strategic Communications Officer for the Center of Military History. Lee has been with CMH as an Army Civilian since 2016. Originally a Field Artillery Officer, he has worked as an Army Public Affairs Officer since 1999. Lee retired from the Army Reserve in 2017 at the rank of Colonel after 30 years of commissioned service.
