The surface is divided into quadrants delineated by raised black marking, same as exterior border. Largest quadrant is 8 3/4" wide by 3 1/4" long; quadrant 2 is 8 3/4" wide by 2" long; quadrant is 3 1/2" wide by 3 1/4" long, and quadrant 4 is 3 1/2" wide by 2" long. All alphabetic and numeric characters. Plate has, superimposed on the raised individual character surfaces, black stick-on versions. The blue field and black border also appears to be stick on, from peeling of the adhesive material, particularly on the left side. The reverse of the plate is unpainted aluminum with an anodized appearance. At the bottom, 6" apart, are 2 sets of 2 side by side holes punched in the metal. |
