cannon, sword and musket and anchor. Suspended from the lower
support is a Genva Cross with the words Philippine Islands, Cuba,
Porto Rico (sic) and USA on each arm of the cross. The center of the
cross is belted with the words SPANISH WAR VETERANS 1898-1902,
surrounding a design in the center of a soldier and a sailor on each
side of a kneeling woman, with a ship on the sea in the background.
On the reverse of the pendant, the letters N, E, S, and W are on
